The house is located on the first floor of the Villea Village residential complex in Kalamitsi, Halkidiki.

It can accommodate 6 people.

It has two levels. On the first level, there is a living room with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.

On the second level, two double beds, and a baby cot.

The complex has an internal common patio.

Pets are allowed.

Note:

The water in the area is not potable.

The complex does not have an elevator or special needs person access.

Bookings

• We take care to deliver the house in excellent condition. Cleaning is done according to the COVID protection protocols.

• The delivery of the accommodation is made on the day of arrival, from 15:00 onwards. The departure at 11:00.

• On arrival, you receive the apartment with clean bed linen and towels. You have clean bed linen and towels at your disposal if you want to change.

• You are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation throughout your stay.

• At your request, we can take care of the cleaning of the accommodation. The cost of cleaning: 50 euros.

• During your stay you have the following obligations:

• Do not leave the air conditioner in use during the hours you are away from the accommodation, or when you have windows and balcony doors open.

• Close the roof windows when you are away from the accommodation.

• Have the garbage emptied before you leave the apartment.

• Do not leave dirty utensils when you leave.

• Do not cause damage or harm to the accommodation and common areas during your stay.

• In the event of damage and harm, inform us immediately.

• Respect the quiet hours.

• Do not accommodate persons other than the persons renting the accommodation.

**Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation.

• For the confirmation of your reservation, the payment of 35% of the total price is required in our bank account.

• In case of cancellation, the following cancellation policy applies:

• 21 days before the arrival date, refund of the full amount of the deposit.

• Less than 20 days before the arrival date, 35 % charge (the amount of the deposit).

• In case of departure before the departure date, 100% of the rental amount is charged.
